Execute and manage outbound email campaigns at scale — campaign execution, deliverability optimization, mailbox/domain management. Hands-on with HubSpot, Apollo.io and Instantly.ai; domain rotation & warm-up; template optimization, A/B testing and personalization; metrics tracking. SPF/DKIM/DMARC basics preferred. Mandatory screening task applies.
Enterprise Applications, AI Solutions, Digital Transformation. Identify, qualify and close enterprise AI, SaaS, DXP and digital platform opportunities; own the full sales lifecycle; build CXO relationships; own revenue and pipeline for Mumbai and national accounts.
Deliver training on AI/ML, NLP, Transformers, LLM agents and AI system design; mentor junior engineers and enterprise clients; build training content, labs and use-case sessions; consult on live projects.
Excellent English communication with a clear neutral accent for US clients; night shifts (US timezone). Handle outbound and inbound calls, service information and query resolution, accurate call records, daily/weekly targets.
Strong design interest with basic Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator skills; social media creatives and marketing content. Create social posts, ads, branding creatives, reels, banners and marketing materials.
Strong AI interest with working understanding of ChatGPT and similar tools; prompt accuracy; analytical problem-solving. Use AI tools for content, research and automation; support the team with AI-driven solutions.
